1. As Victoria is abundant in arable agricultural land, it can potentially serve as a food bowl to many collaborative states of others countries of mutual interest.
2. The state has many industries that innovated new technologies which, if promoted to tap overseas markets, can further enhance Victoria’s participation in Australian economy.
3. Lot of unarable land of Victoria can be used to develop new smart cities attracting FDI from select foreign companies generating large scale employment.
4. Talented, highly skilled, well qualified, trained, and experienced persons and overseas businesses of mutual interests must be incentivised to come and settle in Victoria.
5. Victoria can be envisioned to be a world class progressive, prosperous, responsive, and peaceful state where high quality people from select friendly nations can live with pride to make significant contribution in long term sustainablity of the local society and its environment with equity participation, equal justice, and comfortable living for all.
